What website platform do you use?
We build all of our sites on WordPress.org and believe it is the most sustainable, customizable platform out there. As part of all of our packages, we offer a 1-hour professional training on WordPress and how to operate and optimize it for your blog or business.
Do you host the websites you design?
No, we do not offer hosting and the client will be responsible for purchasing hosting prior to their site build. We can help the client set this up and would strongly recommend using Siteground as your hosting service.
What is the timeline for custom projects?
Custom blogs take 4-5 weeks from start to finish. This timeline can vary, however, on a project-by-project basis.
How are payments made?
Each package requires a 50% deposit upon booking. The remaining 50% will be paid prior to final site delivery. Client will receive an invoice that can be payable by credit or debit card.
Do you develop e-commerce blog sites?
Yes! For an additional fee, we will set-up your blog shop with WooCommerce or Shopify, complete 5 product examples and show you how to add products & manage your shop in the future.
Do you only build blogs or do you also build websites?
We build both! If you are interested in a custom website for you or your business, please complete the contact form below and we will be in touch within 48 hours.
How much does shipping cost?
All your prints will be shipped together at a flat rate of $6.95.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
How long will my prints take to arrive?
Pre-ordered prints (prints ordered between November 27-December 3) will ship out on December 6. Shipping typically takes 2-3 business dates. For any orders placed after December 3, please allow 1-2 for processing and then 2-3 to ship. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.
Returns & Refunds
Due to their limited edition nature, we cannot offer refunds or returns on print purchases. If your print arrives damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send a replacement.
What does “exclusive design rights” mean?
Purchasing any BlogShop design gives you exclusive design rights to that design, meaning we will take the design out of our shop and the design is uniquely applied to your blog – no one else will be able to purchase it.

Can you import my old blog posts from Blogger or WordPress.com?
Yes. We will address this in the initial questionnaire after purchasing.
What happens once I purchase a blog design?
Within 24 hours, we will send you a brief questionnaire asking for the details of your previous blog & WordPress site. From there, the install takes between 48-72 hours. Once installed, you will be given a 72 hour testing period to make sure everything is running smoothly!
Are there any additional add-ons for these designs?
Yes. We offer additional page add-ons, design customizations and email/subscription integration upon request. This is addressed in the initial blog questionnaire.
Can I turn my blog into a full website later?
Yes! We offer a $200 voucher towards our custom packages, should you decide to upgrade in the future.
