What website platform do you use?
We build all of our sites on WordPress.org and believe it is the most sustainable, customizable platform out there. As part of all of our packages, we offer a 1-hour professional training on WordPress and how to operate and optimize it for your blog or business.
Do you host the websites you design?
No, we do not offer hosting and the client will be responsible for purchasing hosting prior to their site build. We can help the client set this up and would strongly recommend using Siteground as your hosting service.
What is the timeline for custom projects?
Custom blogs take 4-5 weeks from start to finish. This timeline can vary, however, on a project-by-project basis.
How are payments made?
Each package requires a $1000 deposit upon booking. The remaining amount will be paid in three equal parts over the course of the project. Client will receive an invoice that can be payable by credit or debit card.
Do you develop e-commerce blog sites?
Yes! If needed, we will set-up your blog shop with WooCommerce or Shopify, complete 5 product examples and show you how to add products & manage your shop in the future.
Do you only build blogs or do you also build websites?
We build both! Custom Blog Design & Custom Web Design both fall under our Custom Design package.
How much does shipping cost?
All your prints will be shipped together at a flat rate of $6.95.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
How long will my prints take to arrive?
Please allow 1-2 for processing and then 2-3 to ship. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.
Returns & Refunds
Due to their limited edition nature, we cannot offer refunds or returns on print purchases. If your print arrives damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send a replacement.

After purchasing one of our Premium Blog Templates, your template, a PDF with detailed instructions & any additional Photoshop files will be emailed to you for instant download. Within minutes, you’ll have everything you need to get started!
How do the templates work?
Each template is designed to work seamlessly with WordPress.org and ProPhoto. With your purchase, you’ll receive very detailed instructions on how to customize and use your new blog design.
What platforms can I use them with?
The blog templates will only work with WordPress.org and a ProPhoto license.
What is ProPhoto?
ProPhoto is an amazing, frontend, drag-and-drop WordPress theme customizer. You can purchase a ProPhoto license from their website here. Once ProPhoto is installed on your WordPress site, easily upload your Design Template and start customizing within minutes!
Can I make customizations?
Yes! With the power of ProPhoto, you can easily customize everything. With your purchase, you’ll receive very detailed instructions on how to make customizations to the design template. You can make an unlimited amount of changes to the layout, colors, fonts, images & style of the Design Template.
Do customizations require any coding?
Nope! These templates don’t require any custom coding. The platform is a simple-to-use, drag-and-drop format. You can edit everything from the front end of the website and see your changes immediately.
Do I need Photoshop?
Probably. Most of the designs come with 1-4 Photoshop files to allow you to customize background images found in the Design Template. You definitely don’t need to use these and most of the graphics can be customized directed within your WordPress backend using ProPhoto. If you would like to customize any of the included Photoshop files, you can download a free 7-day trial here.
Do you offer assistance in setting my design up?
The designs are created to be completely DIY-friendly. However, if you need help setting up and customizing your design, check out our Bombshell Blogger package.
What is your refund policy?
Unfortunately, these products are digital downloads and cannot be returned or refunded. If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, please email email@example.com.
